Q: Do you rent units monthly?
A: Yes

Q: Do I provide my own lock?
A: Yes

Q: How can I rent a unit and pay?
A: You can use our website www.midmissouristorage.com to set up a FREE user friendly account & pay, even set up auto pay.

Q: Do you charge a deposit?
A: Yes, deposit is required; it is fully refundable at move out.

Q: Do you have a move out policy?
A: Yes we request a 10 day move out notice. Notice may be made via phone call or email.

Q: Can I rent a bigger unit if I determine a larger size is needed?
A: Yes, please call and we can assign you a larger unit size.

Q: What does climate control consist of?
A: We keep the temperature 65-85 degrees at all times to keep humidity low. Temperatures change depending on the time of year/season.

Q: There is a black tie on my unit. Can I remove it?
A: Yes, this may be removed from your rented unit without notifying us.

Q: How do I know what Unit Size I need?
A: We strongly recommend using a tape measure to accurately measure a space to determine the area that best fit your needs; prior to renting.

Q: What if I need a smaller and/or larger unit than what I have rented?
A: Please contact us directly at 217-825-6540 to either change units or rent an additional unit (scenario depending) as we will be able to update your account as needed manually.

Q: Do you help move items for tenants?
A: No, we do not. You must provide your own assitance.

Q: Do you have electrical outlets in the units?
A: No, we do not provide electric to any units within any of the buildings for insurance and liability purposes.
